 negative thoughts come into the mind from various reasons. These negative thoughts reduce your productivity and push your mind the deep sea of dipression, anxiety and fear. So in today's article  we discuss how these negative thoughts come into your mind. becuase if you know the resion of these thoughts then you can find the way to conquere them. so let start-

1. past experience:-


Most of negative thoughts comes from past experiences or event. these past event leave a deep emotional mark in our mind which cause of influence of negative thoughts. 

how these create a negative thoughts-

Our mind always  replay those hurtful and negative movements, because we grab these bad experiancesin our mind. By which we gradually trape in chain of negative thoughts. the repetation of past event like a feed for negative thoughts. 

2. fear about future:- 


it is okey to worry about future and career but only worry about negative prespective is never be fair.  people just think, i do this in future, i do that in future. but don't take any action for that. due to this they found them gultiy at  the end.And this start a negative chain of thoughts in mind.

I give a small example, consider you have to complete your assignment and will have to show in your college. you prepared and schedule everything for that assignment, but don't take any action yet. now as your time runs out, in your mind a negative series of thoughts will start  and it will continue till your assignment time. As you not prepared for this it may be become a bad experiance. due to this, the chain of negaive thougths will continue in future.

Inviornment acts a very important role in thoughts process. if you live n a enviorment which is full of stress and anxiety,  then it is a open way for negative thoughs. this stressful enviorment may be your family issue, workplace pressure or even social problem. these can lead you to negativity and then your mind will be full of negative thoughts.

4. role of social media;- 


Nowdays social media is a big factor in every field. people see success of men, women, and thier friends on social media who are nearly in same age. which make a negative impact on mind that I do nothing whereas, he/she do everything in his/her life.this comperision lead you towords negative thoughts. 

I give  you an example  how it leads you to negtivity-

consider, a boy who is  a college student, constantly compared his life to what he saw on social media. His classmates posted about  expensive gadgets, and their endless fun. it felt  behind and demotivated, due to which he  thinks that he wasn’t good enough. leads to him towards a great demotivation and negative thoughts. 

But are you ever be think those people who show that they so happy and there is a lot of fun in there life it is real or they only pretenting.  you know, many poeple of them ware deep in debt, stressed, and struggling with family issues. But they never show it in social media they just show you the brighter side of there life.

5. self criticism:-

Setting unrealistic expectations:- 

This is the way which is like by negative thoughts most. As we set a unrealistic goals and standers for ourselves,failure can lead to a sense of disappointment. And there is start self criticism, where we blame ourselves harsly for that failure.

The cycle of negative self talk:- 

negative selftalk arises from the cycle of unrealistic espectations and disappointment. Constanty criticise  ourselves become a habit which leads us to negative thoughts, and a fear of failure set in our mind.

expectatios from others:-

Your expections from other can lead you to a great demotivation and negative thoughts. you know other have their own sence and feelings. so , mostly they do not able to fulfill you desire. unfulfill willings start a negative chain in your mind that, "I am not important in anyone life"and this is enough for your negativity.

6. the link between physical and mental health:- 


Our physical well being plays a major role in our thinking. Lake of sleep, poor diet, and even dehydration can create a chemical inbalance in our mind. (chemical like serotonin and dopamine)  inclinde us towords negative thoughts. inbalance between chemical in our brain can become the cause of negativity and negative thoughts.

identify the source, by which negative thoughts comes in our mind is  first step in conqure negativity. now by controling past thoughts, fear of future ,influandce of stress,self critism,negative self talk and understand the connection of mental and physical health, you can control your negative thoughts.
